We are excited for our new development project to redevelop a private, historical street in Prince’s Bay, Staten Island. A highly sought-after neighborhood in suburbia paradise. The dead-end street leads directly to the preservation of Lemon Creek Park with views of tranquility and nature at its finest. The development will boast two 4,000-square-foot center hall homes with a natural setting of traditional and ranch-style living areas, porches, and amenity spaces for all family entertainment needs. We expect the project to be delivered in early summer 2025.
